The global financial crisis of 2008 impacted the UAE’s real estate sector, and the new real estate laws began to be tested in Dubai courts.

A significant number of legal consultations were provided to affected investors. Disputes that could not be resolved amicably were brought before the Dubai courts, and full legal support was provided through to the completion of enforcement proceedings.

Extensive experience was gained in handling all types of real estate transactions, both in the primary and secondary markets, along with related issues such as company registration and business operations in the UAE — both onshore in Dubai and in Free Economic Zones — inheritance matters for foreign nationals in the UAE, long- and short-term property leasing, and certain areas of criminal law.

Taking into consideration Lina Andreeva’s extensive legal experience in Dubai, and in accordance with Resolution No. 22 of 2011, the Legal Affairs Department of the Government of Dubai approved her application for a license to operate under her own name: Andreeva Legal Consultancy LLC
